3 bananas, large

200 ml heavy whipping cream

2 tbsp powdered sugar

8¾ oz banana yogurt

Place the bananas cut into chunks, yogurt, and 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar in a blender and blend on High until obtain a creamy mixture.

Beat the cream with the remaining powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Reserve in the fridge.

Pour the banana cream and the whipped cream on a large glass bowl and fold gently with a spatula. Pour the mousse into individual glass bowls and refrigerate for 4 hours.

Remove from fridge and serve garnished with cinnamon powder. Enjoy!
