6 large russet potatoes, scrubbed
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp salt
1 buffalo wing sauce, bottled
blue cheese dressing
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
Slice the potatoes on a mandoline or cut them into thin strips with a knife. Place the potatoes in a large bowl of cold water and soak for 15 minutes.
Drain and dry the potatoes with paper towels. Toss the potatoes with salt, garlic powder, and olive oil and place them on a single layer on 2 baking sheets that have been sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes then take the fries out and flip over.
Put them back in the oven for another 20 minutes until browned.
While the fries are in the oven prepare the dipping sauce.
When the fries have browned, transfer them to a large bowl and toss with about ½ cup of buffalo wing sauce.
Place the fries back on the baking sheets and return to the oven for 5 minutes.
Serve with the blue cheese dipping sauce. Enjoy!
