2 lb chicken wings

¾ cup all-purpose flour

½ tsp cayenne pepper powder

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp salt

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

½ cup hot sauce

To serve:

⅓ cup ranch dressing, per serving

2 oz celery sticks, per serving

Lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray and line with aluminum foil.

Place the cayenne pepper powder, garlic powder, flour, and salt into a resealable plastic bag then shake to mix the ingredients. You can also mix these in a bowl as an alternative.

Next, add the chicken wings to the plastic bag or bowl of spices then seal and toss until it is well-coated.

Place the wings onto the prepared baking sheet and store them in the refrigerator for at least an hour so that its flour coating hardens.

In the meantime, preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and the hot pepper sauce.

Brush the wings with the butter mixture and place it back onto the baking sheet.

Bake the wings in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes.

After 25 minutes, turn the wings over and bake it for another 20 to 25 minutes so that it cooks evenly.

Finally, allow the wings to cool and serve it with ranch dipping sauce and celery sticks. Enjoy!
