3 lbs potatoes, washed and cubed
4 tbsp butter, cubed
¼ cup real bacon bits
¼ cup ranch dressing
½ cup cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Put prepared potatoes in an 8x8-inch glass dish. Put the butter cubes on the top of potatoes. Sprinkle bacon bit on top. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until potatoes are fork tender.
Take potatoes out of oven and top with ranch dressing and cheese. Stir. Put back in the oven for about 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
