2 large eggs

1 tbsp white sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ tsp ground cinnamon

¼ tsp ground nutmeg

1 tbsp unsalted butter

4 slices white bread

Beat eggs in a mixing bowl. Add sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg; mix.

Preheat a skillet over medium-low heat and melt butter.

Dip slices of bread into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are covered. Cook 2 slices at a time in the skillet for about 4 minutes per side until golden brown. Serve warm.
