12 oz tuna chunks in water, canned, drained and flaked

2 tbsp green onions, chopped

¼ cup celery, diced

¼ cup green olives, pimento-stuffed, chopped

2 tbsp capers, chopped

¼ cup almonds, slivered or flaked, toasted

2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

½ cup mayonnaise

¼ cup sour cream

Salt and ground black pepper , to taste

To serve:

lettuce leaves  

croissant

In a mixing bowl, combine tuna, green onions, celery, green olives, capers and almonds.

In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, and Worcestershire sauce.

Blend together the dressing and tuna mixture.

Season with salt and pepper to taste and adjust accordingly.

Assemble roughly ¼ cup tuna on top of lettuce and croissant or any bread of choice. Serve and enjoy!
