1¼ lb strawberries, fresh

12 oz mint-flavored chocolate bars, or mint-filled dark or milk chocolate bars, chopped

4 oz milk chocolate bars, or dark chocolate bars, chopped

10 oz white chocolate bars, chopped

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Using a double boiler, melt both regular and mint chocolate bars together in a bowl, stirring frequently until the chocolate fudge dip is smooth.

Repeat the same process for the white chocolate, but after it’s melted pour it into a piping bag and set it aside in a warm area.

Hold the strawberry by the leaves and dip it into your mint chocolate until it’s ¾’s covered, then place these onto your lined baking sheet. Repeat until you’ve dipped all your strawberries in this way.

Allow to harden at room temperature for at least an hour, then drizzle with the white chocolate.

Allow to harden once more at room temperature, then serve once the chocolate coatings firm up.
