1 onion, chopped
½ cup water
1 tbsp pepper and garlic powder
1 tbsp red pepper, chopped
1 tbsp green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp fresh butter
1 cup onion paste
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp tomatoes, chopped
1 tbsp red pepper, crushed
1 spoon salt
1 tbsp turmeric, crushed
½ cup water
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 lemon juice
½ g prawns
1 tbsp turmeric
2 tbsp butter
3 tbsp oil
To make a paste, put chopped onion and water in a blender and blend it well.
Put fresh butter in a pot and heat it over medium heat, then add onion paste.
Add ginger paste and fry well.
Add chopped tomatoes and fry well.
Then add tomato paste and mix well.
Add crushed red chilli, turmeric, salt, celery, chili, and garlic powder, chopped red chilli and chopped green chillis, and mix well.
Then add water, fry, and cover and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
Add salt, crushed turmeric, crushed black pepper to the shrimped prawns and mix well so that the spice settles in the prawns
Put butter in a frying pan and heat it over low heat, then add oil to it and add prawns and fry well for 5 to 6 minutes so that the prawns are cooked.
Add coconut milk and cream and mix well.
Sprinkle lemon juice on it, add yoghurt, and mix well.
Garnish with chopped fresh green coriander.
Hot delicious masala prawns are ready to serve. Enjoy!
