Place trivet or steamer basket in pressure cooker.
Add the water. Place eggs on trivet or in steamer basket.
Close lid and set to seal. Cook on High pressure for 5 minutes.
Natural release pressure for 5 minutes. Remove lid and eggs.
Place eggs in ice bath for 5 minutes.
