You’ll only need four ingredients for this easy-to-make appetizer recipe! Choose your apples.  I suggest using either Red Delicious or Honeycrisp.  I’m partial to Honeycrisp because they are so incredibly delicious! Then you’ll need lemon juice to brush on your apple wedges (this will help keep them from browning) and cream cheese for spreading onto the sides of the apple wedges. Finally, you’ll need prosciutto.  Prosciutto can be pricey, so I suggest you buy it at a place like Costco… where you can get it in bulk and it will be a bit cheaper.  I like to cut the prosciutto slices into thirds so I can get more out of it. One third of a slice should be plenty big enough to wrap around the apple slice.
