Spicy Cinnamon Oatmeal Cookies
These cookies are loaded with oats and spices to make it a most fabulous cookie! It should be noted that although they are called “spicy” cookies, they actually aren’t spicy in terms of heat. They just have lots of spice in them like cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.
These cookies are a sturdy cookie that is perfect for dunking in milk! I like to use quick cooking oats for these cookies. You can use the old fashioned variety of oats, but the cookies will have a bit of a tougher texture.
