1 cup mayo
3 tbsp sriracha chili sauce
½ lemon, juiced, about 2 tbsp
1 garlic clove, minced
salt, to taste
Whisk together the mayo, Sriracha chili sauce, lemon juice, garlic and a pinch of salt in a small bowl. Make sure it is nicely blended.
Taste and adjust for salt.
